Persons and families in crisis situations are referred to Operation Blessing by a pastor, church coordinator, human service organization, or other party. The person or family in need is encouraged to call and make an appointment to visit the Operation Blessing (OB) Center in Portsmouth, NH. While at the Center, they are helped by volunteers who are trained to be courteous, friendly and encouraging. It is a place to go when the world goes wrong.
